Overview - Sales units & $

  • At default, this dashboard shows sales results for the last 12 weeks compared to the same 12 weeks last year.
  • Use the adjustable timeline to compare from 1 to 12 weeks of data to last year.
  • This dashboard has two tabs. One tab for comparisons in unit sales, and one tab for comparisons in sales $
  • Graphs results in bar graph
  • Graph results in weekly trend line graph
  • Use the pie graph to see the share of sales by category

 

Supply Chain

  • The stock summary shows how much product is in the supply chain from warehouse orders to store closing stock
  • WSOH = Weeks stock on hand. This tells how many weeks stock will last based on the average weekly sales
  • This dashboard uses sales from the last 12 weeks to calculate the weekly average regardless of how many weeks the product has been in staore
  • This dashboard is limited to a single retailer, weeks cover will not consider how long the product will last if distributed to multiple retailers
  • If you provide krunchbox with your invoicing (sell-in), you can compare your warehouse stock cover to both store sales (sell-out) as well as your invoicing history (sell-in)
  • Store Stock
  • Shows your stores WSOH to demonstrate how long stock will last in stores
  • An alert is shown on Store WSOH when WSOH is less than 4 weeks
  • Shows a total od the stores complete supply (Closing stock + Stock on Order + Stock in Transit) to demonstrate Total Store WSOH
  • Warehouse Stock
  • By using the stores sales rate, this dashboard can demonstrate how long warehouse stock may last if store stock replenishment is based on sales
  • An alert is next to warehouse WSOH when stock is less than 6 weeks cover
  • If your sell-in (your invoices) are loaded, you can see how long warehouse stock will last based on your invoicing averages

 

Scatter graph – Retailer

  • The Scatter Graph will show the correlation between sales for units and $’s by Retailer
  • Click the bubbles to drill into more detailed information
  • When reviewing groups that should have similar ratios for units to $’s, outputs appearing to be outliers can identify a potential opportunity for further investigation

 

Scatter graph – Category

  • The Scatter Graph will show the correlation between sales for units and $’s by Category
  • Click the bubbles to drill into more detailed information

  • At default, shows a ranking list of all products by unit sales over last 12 weeks
  • Use the adjustable timeline to change time period from 1 to 12 weeks of data
  • Ranking list shows products by unit sales with a variance to same time last year
  • Ranking list shows products by sales $’s with a variance to same time last year
  • Ranking list shows a trend line by product
  • See a tree maps by category by product

In Stock Position

The in stock position is calculated for each store/product over the last 12 weeks.

  • # records is the total number of data points being checked (each product x store x 12 weeks)
  • The % of these records where closing stock (SOH) is greater than zero (0) is the % In Stock over the 12 week period
  • The current in stock % looks at the most recent week closing stock on hand (SOH)

If the store has no closing stock, but has stock on order (SOO) the record is still considered out of stock as the product isn’t available for sale

  • Current out of stock % - closing SOH <1 unit

 

Out of Stock Overview - 12 wks

  • Shows out of stocks for every product at every store.
  • Sales are calculated from the last 12 weeks of sales
  • See opportunity by store starting at state level then drill down to store then product
  • See opportunity by product then drill down to store
  • Shows how many stores products are ranged in
  • Shown sales $ with the variance from the same 12 weeks from last year

Out of Stocks - 4 wk detail

This dashboard is devised to highlight current stock gaps to help you determine whether your sales be affected by poor stock levels

  • Shows out of stocks for every product at every store.
  • Sales are calculated from the last 4 weeks.

This Dashboard has 7 tabs:

  • Product summary tab: Starts at the product level. Drill down on a product to see sales and stock by store
  • Store summary tab: Starts at the store level. Drill down on a store to see sales and stock by product

This dashboard helps you understand how often you have been out of stock over the last 12 weeks

  • Shows sales and out of stocks over the last 12 weeks
  • High percentage of out of stocks are highlighted with a red x
  • Excludes stores and skus which have had no stock over the past 12 weeks
  • Shows current stock of products and stores

This dashboard has 5 tabs:

  • Summary – top sellers tab: Shows out of stock frequencies for your top 10 products by unit sales and sales $
  • Full product list tab: Shows number out of stocks by product over the last 12 weeks. Drill down on a product to see number of out of stocks by store over the last 12 weeks

Out of Stock History

This dashboard compliments your Out of Stocks and Out of Stock Frequency dashboards by showing you the out of stocks over the last 4 weeks.

This dashboard has 6 tabs:

  • Category/Product/Store tab: Starts at the category level by showing active stores, sales units and sales $ over the last 12 weeks, number of out of stocks last week, one week ago, two weeks ago, closing stock, stock on order and stock in transit. Drill down on a category to see data by product. Drill down on a product to see data at store.
  • Retailer/Store/Product tab: Starts at the retailer level by showing active stores, sales units and sales $ over the last 12 weeks, number of out of stocks last week, one week ago, two weeks ago, closing stock, stock on order and stock in transit. Sell-in vs Sell-out

To fully utilize this dashboard, your company must supply krunchbox with your invoice data.

This dashboard has 2 tabs:

  • Total Sell-in vs Sell-out by week (units) tab: Shows a graph of Sell-in vs Sell-out in unit sales over the last 6 weeks
  • Total Sell-in vs Sell-out by week ($) tab: Shows a graph of Sell-in vs Sell-out in sales $ over the last 6 weeks

 

Allocator - Stock Suggestions

This dashboard combines sales history and current stock with your desired stock coverage, to give you fast details about what kind of stock is needed in the stores as well as stock which exceeds needs.

The results can be used to quantify potential order requirements or identify overstocked situations.

This dashboard has 7 tabs:

Stock available with Zero sales

  • This Dashboard shows where you have stock available but have not made sales on that stock in the last 4 weeks.
  • Use the dashboards interior filters to filter by Retailer, Category, State Product Status, and Store

 

Dead Stock - 12 weeks no change

To qualify for the dead stock list, the inventory has not changed at all in the past 12 weeks and there have been no sales recorded

No activity at all suggests the inventory may not be correct and needs to be adjusted, or the product may not be on show where it has potential to sell.

Dead Stock History by Store

Dead stock is stock in store where there have been no sales at all, and the closing stock has not changed for the number of weeks listed.

  • Compare dead stock for the last 12 weeks (dire), versus the last 8 weeks (really bad), to the last 4 weeks (still not good)
  • Closing stock allows you to see the size of the problem, whereas the product count shows you how prolific the problem is in that location
  • The dead stock can be compared to the total stock to determine how big a problem dead stock is in that location
  • The 4 weeks table is all records with no sales and inventory is the same in each of the last 4 weeks
  • The 8 weeks table is all records with no sales and inventory is the same in each of the last 8 weeks
  • The 12 weeks table is all records with no sales and inventory is the same in each of the last12 weeks

 

Dead Stock History by Product

This dashboard has two tabs:

Color Dashboard

This dashboard focuses on color

This dashboard is only effective if color is updated in your Product Master

  • Helps you compare how many products you have in each color to sales performance by color
  • The $ summary presents the sales $ results for current week and year to date
  • The variance to the current week if the current trend is on track
  • ‘The variance to last year demonstrates where you are achieving $’s last year and how it compares to the current results
  • A red arrow against a variance indicated it is trending down
  • A green flag against a variance shows it’s one of the top 10 increases
  • A red flag on weeks stock on hand shows the stock is less that the average weeks cover
  • A green flag against $’s per unit indicates it’s one of the top 10 sales $ earners per unit sold

 

Size Dashboard

This dashboard focuses on size

This dashboard is only effective if size is updated in your Product Master

  • Helps you compare how many products you have in each size to sales performance by size
  • The $ summary presents the sales $ for last week, month to date and tear to date
  • The variances demonstrate if each period trend to the year prior is changing
  • The average $’s per units sold is calculated from the year to date results

 

Price Dashboard

This dashboard focuses on price

  • Shows year to date unit sales by price point
  • Shows count of active products by price
  • Unit sales and sales $ for last week, with a variance to the same week last year, by price

Avg Price Per Unit Comparison Dashboard

This dashboard highlights the average unit price per unit – and importantly, price changes where retail $ is available.

It compares the average unit price for the most recent week (LW), the last 4 weeks (L4W), and year-to-date (YTD).

In the category overview, the graph shows the top 5 categories based on sales $ from the most recent week (TW).

The Grid lists all categories, sorted from highest to lowest by week sales $. Click the category to drill down to product and retail-level data.

The Category tab helps you explore how the average price for your products varies across your business over different time periods.

Use the Retailer tab to compare average prices retailers.

To focus your analysis:

  • Select a category using the Category
  • Use the Product (advanced) filter at the top of the page to narrow down the products in your comparison.

View average price per unit trends over the last 12 months

  • Net $ reflects actual Sales & provided by the retailer
  • Gross $ is an estimate, calculated using the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) from the Product Master at the time of data loading – used when retailers don’t supply actual n$ results
