Access to krunchbox
User Account Limits
There is no limit on the number of users so you can give access to as many of your team as you need to. We recommend you only give access to those with a company email address to avoid security breaches for departing staff members. To add more users to your krunchbox simply send their first and last name and email address to support@krunchbox.com
Managing Users
A member of your team can also manage your user list. We give your selected staff member admin rights and they will have access to do this in the Admin menu.
Restricting Data Access
If you would like some team members to see only some of your retailers (to simplify their content or for security reasons) we can set up roles to allow for this. You can also do this for product categories. If you have field team that only need access to the krunchbox GO mobile app, we can also help restrict their access. Contact support@krunchbox.com for help setting up restricted roles.
