Adding custom columns to Product Master and Store Master files

If you would like to segment your reports by a product attribute or store attribute that does not exist in krunchbox, you can add custom columns to The Product Master or Store Master.

How to add a custom column to a master file:

  1. Contact us at support@krunchbox.com and specify which Master File and want you would like to name the new custom column.

*Our team will advise you if you have a  spare custom column available

         2.   Once the krunchbox team has advised that the new custom column has been created, you can                     populate the new custom column by updating the master file in the Online PM and SM                                   Management.

*Only krunchbox users with Client Admin access can update the Master Files. If you don’t have Client Admin access, please reach out to your company’s krunchbox administrator.

Once the new column is built and populated, you can add or filter the new Product/Store attribute in krunchbox Reports and Dashboards.
