Creating a krunchbox login
This article explains how to create a krunchbox login for someone in your organization.
You will need Client Admin access to perform this function. If you are unsure or need Client Admin access, reach out to us at support@krunchbox.com
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Click Admin at the top of the splash page, then select Manage Users
Step 2: Click Create New User
Step 3: Fill in the user’s information
Selecting a role
When selecting a role, choose the role that reflects the user’s needs.
By selecting General User, access is allowed for all retailers and categories.
Your krunchbox portal may also contain Limited Access roles which limit what data a user can access. If you are unsure, contact us at support@krunchbox.com
Only select Client Admin when you want to allow the user to perform admin duties in krunchbox.
Step 4: Click Save and close or Save and add another user
- What happens next?
The user you have crated a login for will receive a notification containing their login details and a link that directs them to the Set up Password page in krunchbox.
The user will also receive a ‘Welcome to krunchbox' email that contains important information about krunchbox and instruction on how to access the online training and help resources.
Once the new user sets up his/her password and sets up their Two Factor Authentication, they will have access to your retail data in krunchbox.
