Step 1 - Download your data from Amazon
- Log into your Amazon portal
- Select your Account. You will have to repeat the following process for each account.
- Select Reports/Retail Analytics
- Select Sales and make your selections as follows
- Time frame WEEKLY (change from custom to Weekly)
- Select the week you want to report on. The last 6 weeks will be available.
- Select Distribution view Manufacturing or Sourcing. Your selection will depend on the sales source.
When Amazon sells your product to the end customer, it can either source it from your inventory (Sourcing) or from a different distributor, a whole-seller or use cross-border inventory (Manufacturing). - Select Apply
- The data will now show on the screen
Select CSV
then Manage Downloads
and once the processing is complete, select Download
- You can open your file but DO NOT RESAVE it. It will alter the contents and the load will fail.
You can view the templates here. There are two tabs. One for Sourcing and one for Manufacturing. Your file will only contain the one.

Step 2 - Upload your Amazon data to krunchbox
- Through your krunchbox portal > Admin > Partner data management
- Review the accepted Amazon data template matches your Amazon data extract
- Select from the calendar the retailer week
- Upload the file
Step 3 - View your data in krunchbox
Dashboards is a great place to start for summaries and exceptions.
