The search function will make it faster to find the ones in the template. These fields come from the Report Columns section ![step 2 use search function](https://academy.krunchbox.com/hs-fs/hubfs/step%202%20use%20search%20function.jpg?width=688&height=311&name=step%202%20use%20search%20function.jpg) - The search will show you what area the result was listed under.  Click on the desired field to add it to the 'Selected Columns' box. Do this for all fields in the template. ![step 2 use search results](https://academy.krunchbox.com/hs-fs/hubfs/step%202%20use%20search%20results.jpg?width=688&height=255&name=step%202%20use%20search%20results.jpg) - When all the fields are selected, in the same orders as [this template](https://academy.krunchbox.com/hubfs/Partner%20Program%20Walmart%20Templete%201.xlsx?hsLang=en), it is time to select the products for the report.  Go to the Items tab, select Filters, and **Vendor Nbr (6-digit) .** Enter your vendor numbers and add them to the template. In this example, we show how to make a selection to you can save the report and schedule for it to be rerun with the current selections each week. Tap in the **Times** tab, select **Time Range 1**, select **by Fuzzy dates**, and **Time Range 1 Last week** ![step 5 select times](https://academy.krunchbox.com/hs-fs/hubfs/step%205%20select%20times.jpg?width=688&height=388&name=step%205%20select%20times.jpg) - That's all the selections for the data. Now go to the Submit tab to prepare the report for export Delivery method = **browser** Format = **Excel 2007** We recommend you select Weekly Schedule which will save you making the same selections each week Schedule = **weekly ** Select **Fri** (Friday) for end of week Use the calendar to select the first Friday the report will run The click **Run Now** ![step 5 export options](https://academy.krunchbox.com/hs-fs/hubfs/step%205%20%20export%20options.jpg?width=688&height=432&name=step%205%20%20export%20options.jpg) - The Status will show you whether the report is ready.  When it is, click to download. - To retrieve a scheduled report, log back in and navigate to the **Decision Support- New** app and check the **Status**.   ![step 8 retrieve report](https://academy.krunchbox.com/hs-fs/hubfs/step%208%20retrieve%20report.jpg?width=688&height=85&name=step%208%20retrieve%20report.jpg) ### Step 2 - Upload your Walmart data to krunchbox - Through your krunchbox portal \> Admin \> Partner data management Review the accepted Walmart data template matches your Walmart data extract Select from the calendar the retailer week Upload the file ### Step 3 - View your data in krunchbox  Dashboards is a great place to start for summaries and exceptions. #### Possible enhancements When reporting by location, it is possible to report dotcom sales separately from the total.  When subscribing to krunchbox, we report stores vs dotcom so the channel of sales can be identified   #### Trouble shooting Having trouble loading to the specific Walmart template?  Try using the **[Alternative load template](https://academy.krunchbox.com/hubfs/krunchbox%20Alternative%20load%20template.xlsx?hsLang=en) **which is a simplified, non-retailer specific, data template.
