# How to prepare your William Sonoma data for krunchbox

## The following explains how to prepare your William Sonoma data in a format that can be uploaded to krunchbox.

### **Step 1  Collect your William Sonoma data**

Format the contents so it matches this [template](https://academy.krunchbox.com/hubfs/Partner%20Program%20William%20Sonoma%20Template.xlsx?hsLang=en) 

Once you have your William Sonoma POS data file, compare it to the[sample file](https://academy.krunchbox.com/hubfs/Partner%20Program%20William%20Sonoma%20Template.xlsx?hsLang=en) attached here. Your file should contain all of the column headers included in the sample file in the same order, with exactly the same column names and formatting.

You will see a number of columns blank (no header/no data) in the sample file.  Your excel file should match this format.  It will not matter if these columns have or don't have data. They will be ignored.

### Step 2 - Upload your William Sonoma data to krunchbox

- Through your krunchbox portal \> Admin \> Select **Partner data management**
- Review the accepted William Sonoma data template matches your William Sonoma data file, and browse for your file
- Select from the calendar the retailer week
- Upload the file

### Step 3 - View your data in krunchbox 

Dashboards are a great place to start for summaries and exceptions.

 

#### Trouble shooting

Having trouble creating or loading to the specific William Sonoma template?  Try using the **[Alternative load template](https://academy.krunchbox.com/hubfs/krunchbox%20Alternative%20load%20template.xlsx?hsLang=en) **which is a simplified, non-retailer specific, data template.

If you don't have locations listed against your data, any location column should be filled with **WSUSARTL**
