How to unsubscribe a user from krunchbox
If you are no longer using krunchbox and want to unsubscribe, simply follow these steps.
To unsubscribe as an individual user from krunchbox, please email our support team on support@krunchbox.com specifying your company name and your email/username. Once received, we will proceed to deactivate your login.
As your krunchbox account is linked to your company’s subscription with krunchbox, your login details (username, company email, encrypted password and MFA method) will be kept in store as long as your company has an active subscription with us.
