krunchbox Go phone app
Quickly knowing how your products are performing and how much stock is in store is invaluable when your key objective is to maximize sales in store. The krunchbox Go app will assist in your store efforts especially in identifying opportunities and driving growth for your products. Krunchbox Go simply provides you with the key information to maximize your time in stores. Some key features: • See how much stock should be there. Is it all on display? • See what the top sellers are for the store. Is there enough on show? • See which products are out of stock. Is the space still available. This guide is to help you load the krunchbox Go App onto your phone and explain how it is best used to make the most of your time in store.
Putting the App on your phone
krunchbox Go is available in both the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android).
The krunchbox Go app is free with no in-app purchases.
Getting the app ready
Allow location services. this will help the app automatically find the store you are in.
Enter your client name and the log in details provided to you - this includes Your Company's Name, Username or Email Address, and Password.
Press the Scan Product button
Select OK for camera access. This lets you scan barcodes on the product.
The landing page
At the top of the screen you will see your nearest store - This is the store the app will show you data for.
You can change the stores by tapping Change Store
You can skip the product info and just look for store specific opportunities by tapping Store Opportunities.
The quickest way to check a product within the store is to scan a barcode by tapping Scan Product
If you do not have a barcode available, you can manually search for a product by tapping Search Product.
Changing Stores
The krunchbox Go app will recognize which store you are in most of the time. Sometimes poor GPS signal in a shopping center may affect this and you need to search for your store. And sometimes you may want to change the store to see how a store close by is performing. The app will auto recognize the closest store as long as your location services are switched on.
You can change stores by tapping Change Stores on the splash page and searching for the store your looking for.
Scan for a Product
The quickest way to see a product's sales results is to scan the barcode. You will need to make sure that your camera has been switched to on in your phone's settings.
Search for a Product
If you do not have access to a barcode, you can search for a product by tapping on the Search
Product button.
Sales Overview
Once you have scanned or searched for a product your App will open to the “Sales Overview” report.
This report provides you with a summary of results of the selected product in this store.
It is a quick way of viewing current sales and current stock.
Left Hand Menu (top left corner)
This menu takes you to all the available reports
Some reports are about the product you selected in your store.
Some reports tell you more about this product in other stores.
And some reports are about the store, not just the product you selected.
Right Hand Menu (top right corner)
Some reports have additional options.
Change the results from units to dollars.
Show results for another store if you want to see if they have stock.
Show the results for ALL stores, not just the one you are in.
*These options may be different for each report and will depend on your access level.
If you want to share information with a teammate use the ‘Share this Report’. It will open your
default mail program on your device so you can type your contacts details and send.

Using the Product Filter
The Product Filter gives you the ability to filter your products. If you only want to see active products, for instance, you can use the Product Filter to filter by Product Status. The Product Filter can be accessed on the landing page or from a grid report. Your Product Filter selections will be saved for the next time you log into krunchbox Go.
To open the Product Filter, tap in the Product Filter icon (looks like a funnel) on the landing page or the top of a grid report. There are two filters in the Product Filter giving you the ability to filter on two different product attributes, such as, Product Status and Product Category.
Once you have made your Product Filter selections, tap Set Filter. Now your krunchbox Go reports will only show products that you have filtered for.
Clearing the Product Filter
Open the product filter and select No Filter.

About this Store Reports: These reports are about all the product you selected within the store you are in or have selected.
Forgot your login details?
Make sure you have filled in the Client name, then Click the Forgot Password You will be redirected to an online screen. Click reset password and confirm you are not a robot. You will be emailed a password link so you can change your password to something you will remember.
All too hard? Contact us and we will reset your password for you and send you the log in details.
App is taking too long?
If the App doesn’t respond as you expect it to it may be that connection to your phone may have been lost due to GPS or WIFI. The App may have timed out.
Don’t panic. We suggest you close the app completely and open it again and give it another try. In most cases this will fix the problem.
It should not take more than a few minutes to respond so if it is taking much longer than this, and your phone indicates it is connected to the internet then contact us at support@krunchbox.com and we will do a test from our end to negate any software issues.
