Manage Your krunchbox Notifications

Krunchbox is designed to keep you updated with the latest results as soon as new data is available. One of the ways we do this is by sending you e-mail notifications about data updates, retailer-specific information, and exciting new features.

Overview 

When new data is uploaded, you’ll receive a notification via e-mail. This ensures that you never miss the opportunity to dive into the latest results, get retailer-specific updates, and learn about the newest features in krunchbox. 

 

Types of Notifications 

You can customize the e-mail notifications you receive, which include: 

  • Data Update Notifications: Alerts when new data is available. 
  • Retailer-Specific Emails: Updates tailored to your favorite retailers. 
  • Feature Update Notifications: Information about new and exciting features being added to Krunchbox. 

How to Manage Your Notifications 

Follow these steps to customize your e-mail notification preferences: 

  1. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.

         2.    Review Your Current Settings:

                 Check the notification types you are currently receiving. 

                 Uncheck any notifications you wish to stop receiving or adjust the settings as needed.

        3.   Save Your Preferences:

               Confirm and save your updated settings. 

Tip: Make sure your e-mail address is up to date to continue receiving notifications without interruption.
