Once you’ve customized a dashboard in krunchbox, you can share it with colleagues or even with external users. This feature makes collaboration easy by allowing your team members to access, save, and frequently use the dashboard in their own Krunchbox accounts. External users, on the other hand, receive a one-time copy of the dashboard without any ongoing access to Krunchbox.
How to Share a Dashboard
Once you have customized your dashboard, click Share this Dashboard.
A pop-up box will appear where you can type an email address.
Enter an email address by clicking into the email field to reveal a list of internal users who have access to Krunchbox. If you are sharing the dashboard externally, you will need yo enter the email address of the recipient.
Add Custom Annotations (Optional)
You can customize the Subject Line and Message
If you wish to receive a copy yourself, add your own email address.
Tap Share to send the dashboard.
For Internal Users: They will receive an image of the dashboard, an attachment of the dashboard, and a link that allows them to open the dashboard directly in Krunchbox.
For External Users: They will receive an image of the dashboard and an attachment of the dashboard. Note: They will not receive a link to the dashboard.
